In this paper, we focus on two major themes: educational applications and benefits of blockchain integration. To do so, and after retrieving scientific publications on the topic, we classify the outcomes according to several categories. This paper is a systematic literature review of blockchain applications in the education field. Thus, a comprehensive survey about blockchain adoption in education deems necessary. Despite the bright side of blockchain, several concerns continue to undermine its adoption in education, such as legal, immutability, and scalability issues. Recently, this technology has also been applied in education thanks to its unique features, including decentralization, trustworthiness, and security. The rapid development of blockchain technology has influenced several fields, including financial, healthcare, and supply chain systems.

Lincoln’s loving but mentally decomposing wife, his view from the White House on slavery and America’s bloodiest war, and his own, fierce personal ambition: all are portrayed with a vibrancy and an urgency that almost belies what they have now become ? history itself. Yet gradually Lincoln the towering leader of deep vision emerges in a Washington engulfed by fear, greed and the horrors of the Civil War. The character of President Lincoln, unremittingly tested by the trials of the war years, is reflected through the eyes of the diverse and colorful denizens. People in this novel are not averse to turning up, getting drunk, and regaling the reader with details of Lincoln’s whoring activities and his seemingly inexhaustible supply of folksy stories. Observed alternately by his loved ones, his rivals and his future assassins, Lincoln at first appears as an inept and naïve backwoods lawyer. Yet in this brilliantly realised study of Abraham Lincoln, he paints a surprising and near-heroic picture of the man who led America through four of the most divisive and dangerous years of the nation’s history. In the hazardous fictional terrain of his historical novels, Gore Vidal is never especially kind to American history in general, or to its icons in particular. Russell paints the outerspace life well: it is alien and eerily beautiful, and it’s our Earth group which is outlandish there.īut in the next 17 years, something goes horribly wrong. Sandoz’s biggest strengths are his self-awareness, and his faith in God which can move mountains. Emilio is a devout Jesuit priest and a good man whose friends love him. The Sparrow is set in the future, and revolves around Emilio Sandoz. For both agnostics and believers alike, this is a story that will send you reeling. Mary Russell does a spectacular job of blending science and religion in this book. The book raises some uncomfortable questions about our perception of and our (according to the book, unfounded) expectations from God. I read The Sparrow some time back, but I am reviewing it here only now. Promotional posts, comments & flairs, media-only posts, personalized recommendation requests incl. Ricky’s revivalīy the later months of 1963, for all that great chart history, Rick had been without a Top 20 US hit since “It’s Up To You.” That was, admittedly, only eight months earlier, but four singles after that had performed relatively modestly, in the period in which Nelson switched labels from Imperial to Decca. Brook Benton, Shirley Bassey, Brenda Lee, Etta James, Doris Day, and Al Hirt were all among those covering it before Decca Records chose it as Nelson’s new single, and saw it revive his fortunes. The song was revived for a post-war audience by Jo Stafford in 1953 and Keely Smith four years later, and then emerged again in the early 1960s, with versions by a myriad of artists.
